Welcome to the 2025 Grand Premier Invitational

Sponsored by Gateway Dance Center and Gateway Classical Ballet, the Grand Premier Invitational (GPI) is your destination for elite ballet and dance training.

Join us in beautiful Mesa, Arizona, for four days of inspiration, artistry, and technical mastery. This multi-day intensive unites passionate dancers from across the country and globe for a transformative weekend of training, performance, and connection.

Core Training Program

Dates & Daily Schedule:

  • Saturday, December 27 – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Sunday, December 28 – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Monday, December 29 – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Tuesday, December 30 – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Daily Breakdown (4 Hours / Day | 16 Hours Total):

  • 1 Hour – Ballet Technique

  • 1 Hour – Flat & Pointe or Ballet Technique

  • 1 Hour – Ballet Concert or Contemporary

  • 1 Hour – Mixed Genre / Contemporary

Specially designed for young dancers — beginner through advanced!

Daily Focus:

  • Ballet

A joyful and supportive introduction to classical, contemporary and mixed genre training.

Our Programs Offer

• Top-Notch Ballet & Dance Training – We provide exceptional instruction in Ballet and Dance Technique, along with developmental to advanced training across multiple dance genres.

• Guidance for Every Level – We welcome all dancers—from beginners to advanced students—ages 7 and up. Our programs support intermediate, advanced, and pre-professional dancers (with 2+ years of ballet training) who aspire to careers in the performing arts and entertainment.

Grand Premier Ambassador (GPA) Scholarship Requirements

  1. Register Early
    Enroll under the AMBASSADOR Tuition Rate to become a Grand Premier Ambassador and receive an early registration tuition scholarship!

    • Best Rate: Register by November 7, 2025

    • Next Best Rate: Register by November 21, 2025
      (Applies to the GPI Winter Intensive Weekend Programs – 2-Day, 3-Day, and 4-Day options. Not applicable to After Hours Classes.)
